The American Board of Interventional Pain Management was organized with the goal to educate, advocate and ultimately, certify the use of interventional and alternative treatment modalities for chronic pain. The overlying principle of ABIPM is to utilize multidisciplinary options for treatment of pain and promote less reliance on habit forming and addictive medications.
We are interventional pain management physicians utilizing advanced fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided techniques for the treatment of chronic pain. Our backgrounds include the fields of Anesthesiology, Physiatry, Neurosurgery and Neurology. In addition, we promote the use of complementary and alternative treatment therapies that allow for holistic functional restoration of the individual.
